No fees! Listing your home the traditional way can be very expensive, with seller commissions coming in as high as 6% of the sale price of your home. DistressDoor does not charge commissions or fees to purchase your property.

Can my tenant remain with the property after we close?

No, DistressDoor expects the tenant to be fully vacated prior to closing on the sale of your home.

Do I need to remove everything from the property before I close?

Accepted Answer

We prefer everything to be removed from the home prior to closing. If you are unable to do so, we will be able to remove your belongings at a calculated fee for the removal and dumping costs.
